Project Overview

The scheme delivers six premium duplex units with attached BQs. The scope covers substructure and superstructure works, a high‑quality external envelope, contemporary interiors, MEP installations, and site works including drainage, driveways, boundary walls, and gates.

Works are being executed in phases to protect quality and programme certainty. Value engineering has been applied to structural systems, facade materials, and building services to meet the client’s performance and aesthetic targets within the agreed contract sum.
