Project Overview

The scheme delivers four premium semi‑detached duplexes with attached BQs. Scope includes substructure and superstructure works, high‑quality external envelope, contemporary interiors, MEP installations, and site works (drainage, driveways, boundary walls, and gates).

We are executing in phases to maintain quality and programme certainty, with value engineering applied to structural systems, facade materials, and building services to achieve the N550m budget while meeting the client’s performance and aesthetic targets.

• Energy‑efficient lighting, water‑saving plumbing fixtures, and AC systems.
• Durable finishes suited to residential use and lifecycle performance.
• Robust HSE and QA/QC processes across all trades.
